I have been in the recruitment industry for over 10 years working in various sectors and for some reputable companies but always with a passion to successfully manage my own business and change clients and candidates perceptions of the industry as a whole.

After years of working for other people and not always treated the best I have always wanted to be a supportive Boss who offers a work environment which is focussed on allowing my consultants to be successful but also happy in and outside of work.

I currently live in Stockport with my wife and 3 boys with most of my time dedicated to being a taxi driver for the children and also being continually disappointed by Newcastle United.

I’m the FD for Zeal Management Consultants and Major Shareholder in the business with the enthusiasm and business experience to continually strive to take the business to the next level.

I have successfully managed and strategically guided companies I have been involved in with notable success over the last 9 years working in not only recruitment but also within the entertainment and leisure industry.

I’m skilled in strategy development and implementation and have developed an interactive and effective strategic financial planning model that has elevated Zeals business dealings.

Currently live in Cheshire with my wife and 2 boys which occupies most of my time however have a keen interest in Scuba Diving, travelling and also Part time Goalkeeper for the Zeal team (When its forced upon me).

Coming from a technical and customer service background I found the transition into IT Sales recruitment an easy one and couldn’t have found a better fitted company in Zeal to match my approach and recruitment style. I decided to go into recruitment as I felt the assistance I had in the past left a lot to be desired and I knew I could provide a better service and actually help people who were or were not looking to change roles by giving them a tailored service suited to their needs

I have been in client facing sales for over 8 years working in various industries, truly finding one I enjoyed 2 and half years ago when I joined Zeal Management Consultants. In that time it’s been a huge learning curve but one I have thoroughly enjoy and I am very much looking forward to the future continuing to go from strength to strength.

I pride myself on representing clients and candidates to the highest possible level whilst continuing to adapt with no two days the same. I am currently living in Manchester with my 4 year old daughter who monopolises the majority of my time; she is very much the boss outside of the office.
